These Terms of Use govern your use of the website cairncircle.com (the “Site”), a public marketing and information website operated by:

They do not govern use of the Cairncircle platform or any account-based service. Access to and use of the platform is subject to separate Terms of Service provided within the platform.

The Site is provided for general information about Cairncircle. Its content does not constitute a binding offer, advice, or a guarantee of any particular feature or result. The “Request access” link is an invitation to contact us by email and does not create any contract or entitlement to access.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, the cairn/visual motif, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Nikolay Gladkov or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view the Site for your personal, informational use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our prior written consent is not permitted, except where mandatory law allows.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features,
• attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure,
• use automated means to scrape or harvest content or the contact address for unsolicited communication.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which you may reasonably rely), and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. The above does not affect liability under mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. the German Product Liability Act).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
